How Invisalign works

Invisalign uses a series of custom, clear plastic aligners that gradually move your teeth into position. How many hours a day do I wear aligners?

For best results, aligners are typically worn 20 to 22 hours a day and removed only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth.
