Meet your dentist
Dr. Khushbu Patel earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University, graduating at the top of her class and earning induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. She continues advanced training, including at the Kois Center in Seattle, and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. What to expect at your first visit
A warm welcome: Our front desk team will check you in and answer any questions.
Getting to know you: We review your medical and dental history, medications and any concerns or goals.
Digital X-rays: Low-radiation images help us see what is happening below the surface.
Comprehensive exam: Dr. Patel checks your teeth, gums, bite and existing dental work, and performs an oral cancer screening.
Cleaning: When appropriate, your hygienist will complete a cleaning during the same visit.
Your plan: We explain our findings in plain language, answer questions and review costs before any treatment.

Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Insurance and payment

How long is the first appointment?
Plan for about an hour to an hour and a half, so we have time to get to know you and complete a thorough exam.
Do you see children?

Yes. New patients with urgent problems are welcome. We offer same-day emergency visits whenever possible.
